Holotropic Breathwork Retreats
We offer one-day retreats featuring Holotropic Breathwork in Arizona. See website details for workshops and retreats schedule. Holotropic Breathwork is a safe and profound method of using the breath to shift awareness. For more information about this powerful tool for personal healing and spiritual growth see Holotropic Breathwork Explained
In our one-day Holotropic retreats we gather as a group in the morning to learn more about the breathwork process - what it entails and what you can expect. Then we prepare the room for the breathwork and begin the breathing sessions. Participants work in pairs, and each takes a turn breathing so one is a sitter and one is a breather. Focused bodywork is added if requested, and supplies are available for those wishing to capture their experience through mandala drawing.
