LAUGHTER YOGA LEADER CERTIFICATION - COURSE DESCRIPTION

Taught by Scotty Johnson and Jannelle Weakly this 16 hour course will cover the medical and psychological benefits of laughter and Laughter yoga, how to structure and lead a Laughter Yoga session, contraindications, history, development, uses and applications of Laughter Yoga and more. Students will learn how to lead a Laughter Yoga session in a a variety of settings and have lots of time and support to practice their skills. for more information about upcoming Leader Certifications, see our workshop schedule.

LEADER CERTIFICATION SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering partial scholarships to those in the health care field. These are generously provided on behalf of Dr. Andrew Weil and the University of Arizona's Program in Integrative Medicine. These are limited in number and people involved in with the Program will be given preference. Application deadline is May 20. To apply contact info@breathworks.org. OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION

Upon completion of the course you will receive the "Certified Laughter Yoga Leader" diploma and may then acknowledge your affiliation with the Dr. Kataria School Of Laughter Yoga. In Dr. Kataria's School there are two levels of certification. The beginning level - Laughter Yoga Leader Certification - qualifies you to organize and run Laughter yoga sessions in diverse settings. The advanced level - Laughter Yoga Teacher Certification - qualifies you to train other Laughter Yoga Leaders. Scotty Johnson and Jannelle Weakly are certified at both levels and can teach Laughter Yoga Leaders.
